Make Easy And Quick Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich

Simple, easy as well as delicious. This mayonnaise sandwich is easy to make and very healthy and tasty to eat. All the vegetables are rich in vitamin. A quick and easy breakfast in just 10 mins.


4 white bread slices.
4-5 tbsp mayonnaise.
1/4 cup finely sliced capsicum.
1/4 cup finely sliced carrot.
1/4 cup finely sliced cucumber.
1/2 cup chopped cabbage.
1 medium tomato(deseeded).
1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
2 tbsp butter.


1. In a bowl add capsicum, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, tomato, black pepper powder, salt, mayonnaise and mix well.
2. Take bread slices and remove its sides and apply butter.
3. Spread prepared mixture and cover with another slice of bread.
4. Cut into desired shapes and serve immediately.
