Soyabean ki sabji
Soybean ki sabji a very delicious as well as rich in protein. Its very famous for vegetarian and goes good with chapati and rice as well. Delicious and healthy soyabean curry recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 gms soyabean
- 5 tbsp oil
- 12-15 garlic
- 2 inch ginger
- 2 green chilli
- 3 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 dry red chilli
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pan heat water and add salt and add soyabean.
- Cook the soyabean till it becomes soft.
- Take out and dip in cold water and squeeze excess water.
- In a pan heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chilli saute few mins.
- Add onion and cook till it turns brown.
- Let the mixture cool down and grind the mixture into paste.
- In a same pan add oil, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and bay leaf and saute for few seconds.
- Add prepared paste and saute few mins.
- Add tomato paste and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and cook till oil releases from sides.
- Add garam masala and mix well.
- Add little water and mix well and add soyabean and mix well.
- Add water and adjust it’s consistency.
- Cook for 5-7 mins on medium flame.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
