- 250 gms Chana sattu.
- 200 gms powdered sugar.
- 200 gms melted clarified butter/ghee.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a bowl add Chana sattu and sieve it well.
- Add powdered sugar and sieve it well.
- Mix well sattu and powdered sugar.
- Add melted ghee in batches and mix it well.
- Mix everything well.
- Once sattu starts holding shape.
- Take a modak mould and coat it with powdered sugar.
- Fill the mould with sattu mixture and press slightly.
- Gently demould the mixture and serve.
