Roasted poha Chivda namkeen

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cup flattened rice(poha).
- 2-3 tbsp oil.
- 1 cup raw peanuts.
- 2-3 tbsp cashew nuts.
- 2-3 tbsp almonds.
- 2-3 tbsp roasted chana dal.
- 2-3 tbsp dried coconut.
- 2-3 slit green chilli.
- 15-20 curry leaves.
- 2-3 tbsp raisins.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- Salt as per taste.
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar.
- 1 tsp dry mango powder.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a wok dry roast the flattened rice for 5-7 mins or until it turns crispy.
- In a wok heat oil and add raw peanuts and saute 2-3 mins.
- Add cashew nuts, almonds, dried coconut, roasted gram dal and saute for 4-5 mins.
- Add green chilli, curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Add raisins and saute well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste, dry mango powder and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add poha and mix gently.
