Reshmi Paneer Recipe

Reshmi paneer is a dry, thick and creamy curry. It tastes so creamy and delicious. Tangy and thick paneer curry recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 tbsp oil.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 2 sliced onion.
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1 cup tomato pulp.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • Salt.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  • 1/4 cup cashew paste.
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream.
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • 1 sliced capsicum.
  • 1 sliced tomato.
  • 250 gms sliced paneer.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add sliced onion and slightly saute it.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute everything till it turns light brown.
  4. Add tomato pulp and cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well and cook for 1-2 mins.
  6. Add cashew paste and mix well.
  7. Add capsicum, tomato and mix gently and cook for 1 min.
  8. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  9. Add 1/2 tsp garam masala and mix well.
  10. Add fresh cream and mix well.
  11. Add sliced paneer and mix gently.
  12. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
