Quick Fry rice recipe
Quick fry rice recipe using just onion and tomato. Super quick and delicious fry rice recipe. 3 main ingredient recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked rice.
- 2-3 tbsp clarified butter.
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 chopped tomato.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- Salt as per taste.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pan heat ghee and add onion and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add tomato and cooked till it turns muhsy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 mins.
