Quick Fry rice recipe

Quick fry rice recipe using just onion and tomato. Super quick and delicious fry rice recipe. 3 main ingredient recipe.


  • 2 cups cooked rice.
  • 2-3 tbsp clarified butter.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 chopped tomato.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • Salt as per taste.


  1. In a pan heat ghee and add onion and saute for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add tomato and cooked till it turns muhsy.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Cook for 2-3 mins.
