Palak paneer recipe without onion and garlic

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gms paneer.
  • 2 bundle spinach.
  • 2 tomato.
  • 2 inch ginger.
  • 3 green chilli.
  • 3 tbsp oil.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  • 1 tsp butter.
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a wok heat water and add spinach and cook for 2-3 mins.
  2. Remove from flame and dip in cold water.
  3. Take the spinach out from water and blend into puree.
  4. In another mixer jar add tomato, ginger and green chilli and blend into puree.
  5. In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  6. Add prepared tomato puree and mix well.
  7. Cook for 5-6 mins.
  8. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
  9. Cook till oil releases.
  10. Once oil releases add spinach puree and mix well.
  11. Add little water and mix well.
  12. Cover and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
  13. Add garam masala and mix well.
  14. Add butter and paneer and mix well.
  15. Add fresh cream and mix well.
