Mix Fruits Raita

Mix fruits raita made out of curd and fruits tastes delicious. It’s healthy and tasty. Fruits can be added as per your choice. The spices and curd makes a good combination and tastes amazing. Do give this recipe a try.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup curd.
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder.
  • Black salt.
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
  • 2-3 tbsp pomegranate.
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped mango.
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped banana.
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped apple.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  • You can use any fruits of your choice in this recipe.
  1. In a bowl add curd and whisk well till it becomes smooth.
  2. Add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  3. Add powdered sugar, black salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, roasted cumin powder and mix well.
  4. Add pomegranate, chopped mango, chopped banana, chopped apple and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately or serve chilled.
