Mint Raita Recipe

Mint Raita is made out mint leaves and curd. It’s a cooling, refreshing and flavorful Raita.


  • 1/2 cup mint leaves.
  • 1 cup+1 tbsp curd.
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
  • Black salt.
  • Regular salt.
  • 1 tsp sugar.


  1. In a mixer grinder add mint leaves and curd and blend into paste.
  2. In a bowl whisk curd well and add black salt, regular salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the mint paste and add little water.
  4. Mix well and serve.
