Malai Sandwich

Malai sandwich a healthy breakfast or snacks recipe. It’s made out of fresh malai which is easy available at home. Lots of vegetables makes it healthy and it tastes delicious. Try and enjoy this delicious as well as quick recipe.


  • 10 white/brown bread slices.
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cube cheese(optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh malai
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • Butter


  1. In a bowl add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, cheese, fresh malai, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  2. Apply butter on bread slices.
  3. Spread the mixture.
  4. Toast the bread with butter.
