Kachagolla Bengali Recipe

In this Way you can learn to make kachagolla bengali sweet :-

INGREDIENTS
******************
1 litre full cream milk.
2 tbsp lemon juice.
2 tbsp sugar.
1/4 cup condensed milk.
1/4 tsp crushed cardamom.
Khoya/mawa.
Milk powder.

DESCRIPTION
******************
1.Boil a litre of milk in a wok and cook it for 3-4 mins more.
2.Add lemon juice in sections and mix well.
3.Milk curdles.
4.Drain and wash well with water.
5.Hang 30 mins.
6.After 30 mins divide the paneer into 2 equal parts.
7.Take one part and add sugar and knead well.
8.Cook it well for 5-6 mins on low flame.
9.Add condensed milk and cook for 3-4 mins more and add crushed cardamom and mix well.
10.Take out in a plate and let it cool down a bit(do not cool completely)and add the other part of paneer and mix well.
11.Make balls and coat with khoya/Mawa or milk powder.
