Make this amazing Idli fry at home without onion and garlic :
2 tbsp oil.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
2 green chilli.
8-10 curry leaves.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
1/2 tsp sambhar masala.
1 tbsp coriander leaves.
1.Cut Idli into pieces.
2.In a pan heat oil,add mustard seeds,green chilli,curry leaves and saute for a min.
3.Add Idle to it and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins or till color changes.
4.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,sambhar masala and mix well.
5.Cook it well for 2-3 mins more on medium flame.
6.Add coriander leaves and mix and toss well.
