- 1.5 litre full cream milk.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pan add milk and bring it to a boil.
- After a boil keep the flame low.
- Take 2 tbsp lemon juice and add 2 tbsp water in it and mix well.
- Add the lemon mixture little by little and stir.
- After adding lemon milk will curdle.
- Take a muslin cloth keep it on stainer and once milk curdles drain the water using the same stainer.
- Squeeze all excess water and use the milk whey for kneeding dough.
- Dip and wash the chenna in water and squeeze well.
- Fold the chenna in the cloth and put a heavy object over it.
- Let it set for 1 hour and then cut into desired shapes and use.
