Green Breans Recipe
Beans ki sukhi sabji is a quick and Healthy sabji it’s made out of beans, onion and tomato. It’s can be served with roti, rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 gms beans.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste.
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 3 tsp coriander powder.
- 1 tsp cumin powder.
- Salt.
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 1 chopped tomato.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and saute for a min.
- Add onion and saute for few mins.
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add beans and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, dry mango powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 mins on low -medium flame stiring it occasionally.
- Add tomato and saute well, do not mash.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
