Egg Bhurji Curry Recipe
Egg bhurji curry tastes super well. Now you can egg bhurji in a better version. Serve with rotis, chapattis, kulcha and other Indian breads. Super delicious and super tasty egg bhurji curry.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs.
- Pinch of salt.
- 1 tbsp oil.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 2 finely chopped onion.
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- Salt as per taste.
- 1 chopped tomato.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a bowl add eggs and pinch of salt and whisk well.
- Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and add whisk eggs and make bhurji out of it.
- Take the bhurji out in a bowl.
- In the same pan heat 3 tbsp oil and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and saute till it turns brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
- Add chopped tomato and mix well.
- Add little water and saute well.
- Add 3/4 cup water and bring it to boil.
- Add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Add bhurji and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 mins and serve.
