Egg Bhurji Curry Recipe

Egg bhurji curry tastes super well. Now you can egg bhurji in a better version. Serve with rotis, chapattis, kulcha and other Indian breads. Super delicious and super tasty egg bhurji curry.


  • 6 eggs.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 1 tbsp oil.
  • 3 tbsp oil.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 2 finely chopped onion.
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 chopped tomato.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves.


  1. In a bowl add eggs and pinch of salt and whisk well.
  2. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and add whisk eggs and make bhurji out of it.
  3. Take the bhurji out in a bowl.
  4. In the same pan heat 3 tbsp oil and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  5. Add chopped onion and saute till it turns brown.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  8. Add chopped tomato and mix well.
  9. Add little water and saute well.
  10. Add 3/4 cup water and bring it to boil.
  11. Add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
  12. Add bhurji and mix well.
  13. Cook for 2-3 mins and serve.
