Chilli Paneer Recipe
Chilli paneer is another paneer recipe made out of variety of sauces. Delicious in taste and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 capsicum cut into squares.
- 2 onion cut into squares.
- 3 tbsp corn flour.
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- Salt.
- 200 gms paneer cubes.
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic.
- 2 tbsp chopped Ginger.
- 4 slit green chilli.
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce.
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce.
- 1 tbsp schezwan sauce.
- 1 tbsp soya sauce.
- 2 tsp vinegar.
- 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Oil.
- 1/4 cup spring onion whites.
- 1/4 cup spring onion greens.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, black pepper powder, water and make a slurry.
- Dip the paneer cubes in the slurry and deep fry the paneer until it turns brown and crispy.
- In a pan heat oil and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute it for few seconds.
- Add capsicum and saute for a min.
- Add onion and spring onion whites and saute everything for 3-4 mins.
- Add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, green chilli and mix well.
- Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Take 2 tsp cornflour and mix it with 2-3 tbsp water and make a slurry.
- Add the slurry in the gravy and mix well.
- Add around 1/3 cup water, vinegar and mix well.
- Add fried paneer cubes and spring onion greens and mix well and serve hot.
