Aloo Matar recipe In Cooker
Aloo matar ki sabji in pressure cooker. It’s delicious as well as healthy. Quicker way to make aloo matar curry in pressure cooker.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium chopped potato.
- 2 medium chopped onion.
- 2 medium chopped tomato.
- 4 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 3 slit Green chilli.
- 1 cup carrot.
- 1 cup green peas.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 3 tsp coriander powder.
- 1 tsp cumin powder.
- Salt.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and cook till it turns brown.
- Add Ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and mix well.
- Once onion browns add chopped potatoes and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add carrots and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well.
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 mins.
- Add green peas and mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water and mix well.
- Cook for 2 whistle on high flame.
- After pressure releases remove the lid and mash few potatoes to adjust consistency.
- Add garam masala and coriander leaves and mix well.
