INGREDIENTS

Plain Lassi

1 cup curd.
3 tbsp sugar.
Ice cubes.

Mango Lassi

1 cup curd.
1 chopped mango.
2 tbsp sugar.
Ice cubes.

Kesar pista lassi

1 cup curd.
1 tbsp chopped pistachios.
3 tbsp sugar.
1 tbsp saffaron water.
Ice cubes.

Rose Lassi

1 cup curd.
2 tbsp rose syrup.
1 tbsp sugar.
Ice cubes.
Dry rose petels.

Chocolate Lassi

1 cup curd.
1 tbsp sugar.
2 tbsp chocolate syrup.
Ice cubes.

Banana Lassi

1 cup curd.
2 tbsp sugar.
1 chopped banana.
Ice cubes.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

Plain Lassi

  1. In a mixer jar add curd, sugar, ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Pour in the glass and serve.

Mango Lassi

  1. In a jar add curd, mango, sugar and ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Add mango chunks in a glass and pour the lassi and top with chopped mangoes.

Kesar pista lassi

  1. In a jar add curd, sugar, pistachios and saffaron water and blend well.
  2. Pour the lassi in a glass and top with chopped pistachios and saffaron.

Rose Lassi

  1. In a jar add curd, rose syrup, sugar and ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Pour the lassi in the glass and top with rose syrup and dry rose petels.

Chocolate Lassi

  1. In a jar add curd, chocolate syrup, sugar, ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Pour the lassi in the glass and top with chocolate syrup.

Banana lassi

  1. In a jar add curd, chopped banana, sugar, ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Pour the lassi in the glass and top with chopped bananas.
