Veg fried rice recipe

Veg fried rice recipe is a healthy rice recipe. It has variety of vegetables in it and tastes too good. Super delicious and restaurant style veg fried rice recipe at home.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice.
  • 3 tbsp oil.
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger.
  • 1 tbsp grtaed garlic.
  • 1 onion.
  • 2 green chilli.
  • 2 tbsp spring onion.
  • 2 tbsp capsicum.
  • 2 tbsp carrot.
  • 2 tbsp beans.
  • 2 tbsp cabbage.
  • 2-3 tbsp peas.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp soya sauce.
  • 1 tsp vinegar.
  • 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
  • 2 tbsp spring onion greens.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, ginger, and green chilli and saute on high flame.
  2. Add onion, spring onion and saute few mins on high flame.
  3. Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, beans and peas and saute few mins.
  4. Add cooked rice and add salt, black pepper powder, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and mix gently.
  5. Add spring onion greens and saute few mins on high flame and serve hot.
