Tasty Tawa paneer Masala Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For cottage cheese marination.

250 gms cottage cheese cubes.
1/2 cup whisk curd.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
1/2 tsp coriander powder.
1/4 tsp cumin powder.
Salt.
1/2 tsp lemon juice.
1 tsp +1 tbsp oil.
1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves.
1 tbsp coriander leaves.
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste.
1/4 tsp carom seeds.
1/4 tsp garam masala.

For gravy.

4 tbsp oil.
2 medium chopped onion.
2 medium tomato paste.
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
2 green chilli.
1 tbsp butter.
2 chopped capsicum.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
1 tsp coriander powder.
1/4 tsp cumin powder.
Salt.
3 tbsp water.
1/2 tsp garam masala.
1 tsp fenugreek leaves.
1 tbsp coriander leaves.
3 tbsp water.

INSTITUTIONS TO MAKE

1. In a bowl add whisk curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, fenugreek leaves, oil, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, carom seeds and cottage cheese cubes and mix well.
2. Let it rest for 20 mins.
3. In a tawa heat a tbsp of oil and add cottage cheese mixture in the tawa and cooked till both the sides get brown.
4. In a wok add oil and butter and heat it.
5. Add cumin seeds and saute it for a min.
6. Add onion and saute for 5-7 mins on medium low flame.
7. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and saute 2 mins.
8. Add tomato paste and mix well.
9. Add chopped capsicum, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook for 5-7 mins on medium-low flame.
10. Add water and mix well.
11. Add garam masala, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and mix well.
12. Add fried cottage cheese cubes and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins on medium-low flame.
