Soyabean ki sabji

Soybean ki sabji a very delicious as well as rich in protein. Its very famous for vegetarian and goes good with chapati and rice as well. Delicious and healthy soyabean curry recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gms soyabean
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 12-15 garlic
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 2 green chilli
  • 3 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a pan heat water and add salt and add soyabean.
  2. Cook the soyabean till it becomes soft.
  3. Take out and dip in cold water and squeeze excess water.
  4. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chilli saute few mins.
  5. Add onion and cook till it turns brown.
  6. Let the mixture cool down and grind the mixture into paste.
  7. In a same pan add oil, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and bay leaf and saute for few seconds.
  8. Add prepared paste and saute few mins.
  9. Add tomato paste and mix well.
  10. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and cook till oil releases from sides.
  11. Add garam masala and mix well.
  12. Add little water and mix well and add soyabean and mix well.
  13. Add water and adjust it’s consistency.
  14. Cook for 5-7 mins on medium flame.
  15. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
