Reshmi Paneer Recipe
Reshmi paneer is a dry, thick and creamy curry. It tastes so creamy and delicious. Tangy and thick paneer curry recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 2 sliced onion.
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 1 cup tomato pulp.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- Salt.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 1/4 cup cashew paste.
- 1/4 cup fresh cream.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
- 1 sliced capsicum.
- 1 sliced tomato.
- 250 gms sliced paneer.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds.
- Add sliced onion and slightly saute it.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute everything till it turns light brown.
- Add tomato pulp and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add cashew paste and mix well.
- Add capsicum, tomato and mix gently and cook for 1 min.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
- Add 1/2 tsp garam masala and mix well.
- Add fresh cream and mix well.
- Add sliced paneer and mix gently.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
