No Bake Biscuit Cake

Enjoy this delicious no bake biscuit cake. It has chocolate flavour and nutty taste. Full of flavours. The chocolate ganache at top makes it even more richer and tastier. Do try this cake at home. No baking, no frosting cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gms digestive biscuits.
  • 1/4 cup walnut + for decoration.
  • 2 tbsp cashews.
  • 2 tbsp almonds.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar.
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
  • 1 cup water.
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence.
  • 100 gms butter.
  • 200 gms dark Chocolate.
  • 1 cup fresh cream.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a bowl break biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Slightly roast the walnuts, cashews, and almonds for 5 mins.
  3. Chop the nuts and mix with biscuits.
  4. In a pan add powdered sugar and cocoa powder and mix well.
  5. Add water and mix well.
  6. Put in the flame and mix everything well, add butter and cook the mixture for 6-8 mins atleast.
  7. Remove from flame and add vanilla essence and let it cool down.
  8. Once cool down pour over the biscuits and mix it nicely.
  9. Transfer the biscuits into the springform tin and level it.
  10. Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins.
  11. In a pan heat fresh cream do not boil it.
  12. Add dark Chocolate and cook till it melts completely.
  13. Remove from flame and pour on the set biscuit cake.
  14. Tap the tin.
  15. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
  16. After 4-6 hours remove the tin and decorate the cake with toasted walnuts.
  17. Cut the cake and enjoy.
