Green Breans Recipe

Beans ki sukhi sabji is a quick and Healthy sabji it’s made out of beans, onion and tomato. It’s can be served with roti, rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gms beans.
  • 3 tbsp oil.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric powder.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 3 tsp coriander powder.
  • 1 tsp cumin powder.
  • Salt.
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  • 1 chopped tomato.
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and saute for a min.
  2. Add onion and saute for few mins.
  3. Add Ginger-Garlic paste and saute for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add beans and saute for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, dry mango powder, garam masala and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for 5-7 mins on low -medium flame stiring it occasionally.
  7. Add tomato and saute well, do not mash.
  8. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
  9. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
