Gota Pyaj Ki Sabji
Shallots(chota pyaz) ki sabji is a delicious one. When u don’t have anything to make just go for it. Delicious pyaz ki sabji is a quick pyaz curry. The curry is onion tomato curry with the tangy taste of curd. It’s a Quick and delicious pyaz ki sabji recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 10-12 shallots(chota pyaz).
- 4 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida.
- 2 medium finely chopped onion.
- 2 medium tomato paste.
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste.
- 1 tsp green chilli paste.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 2 tsp coriander powder.
- Salt.
- 1 tsp fenugreek leaves.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 2 tsp roasted gram flour.
- 2 tbsp curd.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- Mark X on top of shallots(chota pyaz).
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and saute for a min.
- Add chopped onion, Ginger-Garlic paste, green chilli paste.
- Saute till onion browns.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and cook till oil releases.
- Once oil started releasing add gram flour and mix well.
- Low the flame and add whisk curd and mix well.
- Add 3/4 cup water and mix well.
- Add fenugreek leaves and mix well.
- Add shallots(chota pyaz).
- Cover and cook for 5-7 mins on medium-low flame.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
