Dahi aloo ki sabji

Pyaz aur dahi wali aloo ki Sabji is one of the quickest curry recipe. It can be served with parathas, rotia and naan. It tastes delicious and tangy at the same time. Quick and easy recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boiled potato.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 4 slit green chilli.
  • 1 inch grated ginger.
  • 2 chopped onion.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala.
  • 1 cup whisk curd.
  • Salt.
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let it crackle.
  2. Add chopped ginger, green chilli and mix well.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute till it turns light brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
  5. Add little water and cook for 1-2 mins.
  6. Add 1 cup of water and mix well.
  7. Add curd and whisk continuously.
  8. Whisk till gravy comes to boil.
  9. Add salt, garam masala and mix well.
  10. Add boiled potato and mix well.
  11. Let it cook for 5-7 mins on medium flame.
  12. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
