Boiled Egg Masala Bhurji

Easy to make boiled Egg Bhurji

A quick and easy boiled egg bhurji .This is a simple and healthy dish that you can have with bread or chapatis.

INGREDIENTS

6 boiled eggs.
1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
3 medium onion.
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
2 medium tomato.
2 green chilli.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt.
1/2 tsp sugar.
1/2 tsp garam masala.
2 tbsp coriander leaves.
3 tbsp oil.

Instruction to Make

1. In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and slightly brown the boiled eggs.
2. Let them cool down a bit and cut them into 4 parts or desired shapes.
3. Again heat 2 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds.
4. Once cumin splutters add onion to it and cook till it turns brown.
5. Then add ginger-garlic paste to it and cook for a while.
6. Add tomatoes and green chillies to it and cooked well till tomatoes soften.
7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it and mix well.
8. Add garam masala and mix well.
9. Once everything cooks up nicely add 1/2 cup of water to it.
10. Let the gravy cook for 3-4 mins.
11. Then add sugar and coriander leaves to it.
12. When the gravy is cooked nicely add boiled eggs and mix them gently, do not over mix.
13. Cover and cook the eggs for 2 mins and serve hot.
