Aloo shimla mirch recipe
Aloo Shimla mirch ki Sabji a quick curry recipe. It tastes delicious with rotis and parathas. Delicious Shimla mirch aloo ki Sabji.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida.
- 2 chopped onion.
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 4 chopped potato.
- 2 chopped tomato.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- Salt.
- 2 chopped capsicum.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 2-3 chopped green chilli.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and asafoetida and saute few seconds.
- Add chopped onion and saute it slightly.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add chopped potato and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
- Add 2 chopped tomato and mix well.
- Let it cook for 5-7 mins.
- After 5-7 mins add little water and mix well.
- Add chopped capsicum and mix well.
- Cook it till potato and capsicum softens.
- After capsicum and potato softens add garam masala, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well.
