Aloo patta Gobhi ki sabji

The season of winter is here. Try out this delicious pattagobhi ki sukhi sabji without onion and garlic. It tastes super delicious and can be served with rotis, parathas and rice as well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gms cabbage.
  • 4 potato.
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil.
  • 1/2 tsp panch phoron.
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida.
  • 1 inch grated ginger.
  • 2 green chilli.
  • 1/4 cup green peas.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 chopped tomato.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. In a pan heat oil and add panch phoron, asafoetida, grated ginger, green chilli and saute for 2 mins.
  2. Add chopped potato and saute for 5 mins.
  3. Add cabbage and mix well.
  4. Cook for 10-12 mins, stiring it occasionally.
  5. Add green peas.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and tomato and mix well.
  7. Cook for 5-7 mins, stiring it occasionally.
  8. Add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
