Aloo Gobhi ki sabji Without Onion Garlic

This Aloo gobhi ki sukhi sabji can be served with rotis parathas. This recipe is made out of without onion and garlic. Quick and easy sabji recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bowl cauliflower.
  • 1 bowl chopped potato.
  • 4 tbsp mustard oil.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida.
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 chopped tomato.
  • 2 green chilli.
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.

DESCRIPTION

  1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and let it splutter.
  2. Add cauliflower and potato and cook it for 5-6 mins, stiring occasionally.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Add chopped tomato, green chilli and mix well.
  5. Cook for 6-7 mins stiring occasionally.
  6. Add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
