1. Besan Bread Toast

Besan bread toast a quick snack. Healthy as well as tasty snack which can be prepared within few minutes. Vegetables in it makes it more healthier and tastier.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup gram flour.
  • 4 bread slices.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
  • Salt.
  • 2 tbsp onion.
  • 2 tbsp capsicum.
  • 2 green chilli.
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • Oil for frying.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE


  1. In a bowl add butter, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli and mix well.
  2. Apply the butter on bread slices.
  3. Grate Mozzarella cheese on the top of the bread slice.
  4. Sprinkle red chilli flakes.
  5. Add butter on pan and spread.
  6. Toast the bread slice untill cheese melt.
  7. Cut into desired shape.

2. Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe

Chilli cheese toast a quick snack recipe. It’s a combination of chillies and cheese. Super delicious to eat and super quick to make.

INGREDIENTS


  • Bread slices.
  • Mozzarella cheese.
  • 2 tbsp butter.
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic.
  • 2 tsp finely chopped green chilli.
  • Red chilli flakes.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE


  1. In a bowl add butter, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli and mix well.

3. Potato Pancakes Recipe/Aloo Chilla

Potato pancake is a very simple as well as delicious snacks. It is made with potatoes and eggs. This pancake can be made within few time. Like all other pancake it also tastes delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large potatoes.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour.
  • 1 small onion.
  • 1 green chilli.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • Salt.
  • For for frying.
  • Coriander leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE

  1. Peel the potaotes and grate them using grater.
  2. Soak them in water for about 5-10 mins.
  3. After 5-10 mins drain the water and wash the potatoes with fresh water.
  4. Squeeze the potatoes well.
  5. In a bowl crack eggs and add all purpose flour and mix well so that no lumps should be there.
  6. Add onion, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and mix well.
  7. Add grated potatoes to the mixture and mix well.
  8. In a pan brush 1/2 tsp of oil and add spoonful of batter and spread it and give a shape.
  9. Pour little oil on sides of the batter and let on side cook till its brown.
  10. Flip it over and cook other side as well.
  11. When both sides becomes brown take it out on serving plate.
  12. Garnish with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Serve hot with sauce.

4. Cheese Garlic Bread

Cheesy garlic bread is a great evening snack. Quick, easy and delicious starter within few mins. The combination of cheese and herbs, chillies makes it unexplainable. This is delicious super quick snacks recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 white bread slices.
  • 200 gms mozzarella cheese.
  • 3 tbsp butter for garlic butter.
  • 2 tbsp garlic.
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs.
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes.
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder.
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • Butter for toasting bread.

INSTRUCTION TO MAKE

  1. Firstly grate the mozzarella cheese.
  2. Prepare garlic butter by melting butter and adding garlic to it and cooking it for 3-5 mins.
  3. Remove the sides of the bread and toast it one side using butter.
  4. In a bowl add mozzarella cheese, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, coriander leaves and mix all well.
  5. Apply garlic butter on toasted side and then spread mixture.
  6. Toast it using butter until cheese melts completely on low flame.
  7. Once cheese melt serve hot.
